Boy is my face is red! I had a "syntax"
error in my fixed releng test Bug 462284
and that caused the testing framework to exit without further tests being
ran. 

Since we also want to update the EMF pre-reqs, I propose
we rebuild at 1 PM today ... and hopefully maybe one platform will finish
unit tests, before our "final" 8 PM build. 

Let me know if concerns or issues.
