We are rebuilding our M5 Milestone Candidate
to pick up fixes for 

Bug 458778
- Need to protect against interrupt flag on threads doing framework operations

Bug 441016
- Speed up text search by parallelizing it using JobGroups 


The expectation is no one has to re-test,
except those making the above fixes. Once they have confirmed their "fix
is in" (and, is "ok") they will comment in the "sign-off"
bug:

- Declare Mars M5
