The build got further, this time failing
at "ua.tests" for similar resolution problems. So, we are going
to try again with "the BREE trick".
I realized belatedly that in maintenance
we are still using Tycho .21. Some of these "transitive resolution"
issues are fixed in Tyho .22. But, in master we use .22 throughout, so
that alone doesn't account for N-build failure. Not sure if there are still
problems with "pom updater" ... or, if it is because the "webapp"
is special?
At any rate, we'll try one more maintenance
build with BREE's changed, before changing Orbit, and before changing Tycho
level.
