Re: [platform-releng-dev] Status of infrastructure ... Windows, and Performance machine

windows7test has been restarted, but by now it had a back log of 3 nightly builds to test. I did not want those to slow down getting results from the I-build, which is about to finish, and begin testing, so I cancelled the 3 nightly builds.

As far as I know, we can live without the results, since their "early warning" function won't really apply, now that the I-build is being built, but if anyone does want or need to have them ran, I recorded the parameters needed to test them later, in bug 455341.
Bug 455341 - Canceled 3 Nightly windows7tests

Please comment in the bug if you need/want one or more of those N-builds tested after the I-build is tested.

Thanks,

In case anyone is wondering why there's no "Windows tests" recently, it is because the Eclipse Foundations windows7test machine is offline, and for some reason, was not put back on line today?

Bug 455159 - windows7test is offline (again)

Thought I'd also mention an issue with the "performance machine" where it appears to be mis-configured. I doubt this effects the data, per se. But, I think it causes Hudson to get confused about which config file to use ... or, similar.

Bug 455161 - Error in perftest Hudson home config?

Just wanted to keep everyone informed.
