[platform-releng-dev] N20141119-2000 - BUILD FAILED -- rebuild at 7 AM E

I've scheduled an extra N-build for this
morning, just to confirm the fix Lakshmi has committed "works for
now". I think long term there is still "work to do" ...
but, first step is to confirm we can "build again".

I'm working on moving the target using XMLTask to
a separate build
file, so that it doesn't break the SDK build and other users.
