Sorry for the noise, but for the curious,
this "3 times notified" build was twice just me fixing (and testing)
a bug I introduced:
Bug 444049
- auto invocation of unit tests fails
Same build, same bits, no actual re-build
with same Id, etc. ... and, the tests are (finally) running and will start
automatically now ... even when I'm sleeping :)
