ok? I've seen it's average load go "through the roof" a few times,
such as [244.95 104.20 46.30 ] and wonder if there's an "out of control"
process running? That might interfere with signing? 'top' doesn't
reveal that much, on a consistent basis, but occasionally see a process
start to use 600 to 800 percent CPU?

[ERROR] After correcting the problems, you can resume the build with the
command
[ERROR] mvn <goals> -rf :org.eclipse.core.tests.runtime
I believe this was a recent fix in "signing
framework" so that a (?temporary?) failure to sign something would
cause a failure, instead of continuing on.
Under that assumption, I'm going to
reschedule the build for 12 Noon (Eastern) and see what happens.
