Platform UI intends to fix the following bugs for RC3:

Bug 435837 - missing packages in generated API docs


Bug 435740 - [Model] IAE in ModelServiceImpl.findElementsRecursive


Bug 426485 - [EditorMgmt][Split editor] Each split causes editors to be leaked


Bug 435574 - [Themes] Dark theme overrides text editor background color


Bug 429363 - [Workbench] display.wake() doesn't seem to wake up the system


Bug 385565 - [Contributions] Menu contribution processing has different results in 4.2 than 3.8


Bug 434991 - [QuickAccess] Ctrl+3 quick access popup, while search field is hidden, does not use the correct scope


Bug 435813 - Extension point missing doc: org.eclipse.e4.workbench.model.definition.enrichment (bundle org.eclipse.e4.ui.workbench
