[platform-releng-dev] Heads up -- Windows unit tests changed back to use

For anyone who's "getting used to"
the Windows tests running with Java 8, I've switched back to 1.7 for M7.


That was supposed to be a temporary
change, to "help" PDE prove some failures were due to using 1.7
instead of 1.8 ... and (I forget bug number) but believe they have since
fixed their tests to not run (or, not fail) when 1.7 is being used. 

Just wanted to get the word out.  Let
me know if this causes unanticipated issues for anyone.
