I've update Windows test machine to use 1.8 JRE, BUT, the column on the top of the summary page will still say "7".

This change was made to help bug 432063 move along ...

Bug 432063 - 184 test failures in N builds

The "labeling" and "dynamically switching VMs" will take additionally changes to test framework, which I have been working on ... but ... not quite ready yet.
