The core.expressions.tests failure is Bug
431223. It started to fail in N20140324-2000
because the com.ibm.icu bundle is started too early. Cannot be reproduced
locally, and nobody knows why this fails in the builds.

The 12 jdt.ui.tests failures are Bug
430818 (an AST recovery regression).
