Whew, ... think that was hard? ... 

I realize the scheduled I-build is only
4 hours away, but I'd like to react to this ECF restructuring once more
... to remove our "temp fix" and put in the "real fix"
that Scott so rapidly provided.

The rationale is there too ... it's
mostly because M6 isn't that far off ... so I think important to get the
"basics" correct this week, so details can be fine tuned in the
next few weeks, if needed. 

I suspect this means the I-build may
fail a time or two until enough gets "caught up" and/or "touched".
