... same bits, different versions (so we, Platform, should run with either).

Hi,
 
I think there’s a problem with the latest
Kepler 4.3M update site [1]. If you have a look at [2], there’s an entry
for 
org.eclipse.emf.ecore and org.eclipse.emf.common
in version 2.9.2.
However, these bundles cannot be found
in [3]. Could anyone have a look at that issue?
