[platform-releng-dev] Re-spinning for weekly I-build tonight, in place o

Tonight at 8 PM (Eastern) we will do an
I-build instead of an N-build. The purpose is to pick up a fix for a bad
problem where the initial dialog for choosing workspace doesn't work. [1]
There is a work around, sort of, where
you can specify the -data option on command line to specify the workspace
you want to open ... and while I always do it that way, not sure everyone
else does :) and since we are getting close to M3 thought others might
be picking up our weekly I-build to build on or test with. 

(And the reason for doing tonight instead
of right away is that the M-build just finished, test builds are happening,
and we're afraid of burning out the build machine ... not to mention me!
