[platform-releng-dev] M-Build scheduled for 2 PM (Eastern), Nightlies ba

I'd still like to do an M-build today,
make sure that repo/system is straightened out (if it ever was not) and
I've reset the cron jobs to do the nightly build at the normal 8 PM time.

This failure was due to a completely
different problem, 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=418989

And Thanh has just added the support to "not fail" when something
can not be signed. I'm assuming that means it is in our CBI snapshot, so
I think worth trying the build again, using "-DcontinueOnFail=true".

I also plan to cancel or postpone the M-build. I think I can get the change
in by 4:30 AM (Eastern) and we'll decide about the M-build if/when we get
a complete I-build.
