[platform-releng-dev] Heads up -- increased compiler warnings likely in

I wanted to be sure every one knew I changed
the global default warnings for code compilation (no changes planned for
unit tests global default). 

You can see bug 417145 [1] if you'd
like more details, but if anyone saw more warnings in the download pages
in the morning, didn't want anyone to think the "code had changed"
somehow. Just compiler settings. I hope the additional warnings will be
helpful (and that we eventually get them all cleaned up) ... but it may
also help spot cases where something is "made generic" in less
than an ideal way.  

With this note, just wanted to give
some advance warning the summary pages will look different, with more warnings
... no functional changes.
