I have opened bug 417934
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=417934

to track the "signing problem"
in this build ... maybe it needs the Mac to be working? :/

In any case, I'll just blindly restart
the build at 11:30 AM (Eastern) in case it's a momentary glitch. 

If I hear of something "fixed"
in next hour or two, I may restart it, but otherwise we'll see if it happens
again.
