This build failure does not much make any
sense to me, given the one change it was supposed to include:

Bug 411147
- ServiceLocator#getService(Class) may register an invalid service object;
IEclipseContext#get(Class) does not handle NOT_A_VALUE

So, I'm inclined to think "sunspots
caused a file system glitch" or something ... but, I will poke around
in logs and repository a bit looking for more specific clues, but if nothing
obvious shows up will simply "try again" at 11 PM (Eastern) at
the latest.

- Mysterious build failure for RC3 respin 
to track any findings/actions I take.
