Are there bugs opened yet on the systematic
unit test failures in I-builds, equinox.p2.tests
and pde.ui.tests?

Anything I did? New ECF being included
in I-builds? Or, most likely, related to "inner jar signing"?

Finally! 

Assuming Unit test are as expected, I'd say this is our official I-build
for the week, BUT 
do not forget we are building I-builds every night instead of N-builds,
so we can get "inner jar" signing straightened out, 
and get the .api_description problem bundles "touched".
