[platform-releng-dev] Suggest we do just I-builds for a week or 2, inste

I think given bug 401098 [1] and bug 415966
[2] we should do daily I-builds for a while instead of the 8 PM Nightly
builds (we'd still do the I-builds at 8 PM, Eastern and the "official
weekly" one still at 8 AM on Tuesdays).
 
Both bugs require "signing"
and "comparator" to be "in use" to know for sure all
cases have been covered.
There are only about 2 or 3 weeks left
until M2, and I doubt "2 or 3 I-builds" will be enough to confirm
all cases have been fixed. 

As far as I know, only SWT is using
both "master and integration" branches ... so unless SWT needs
to try something in "master" first, 
the N builds and I builds have the same
content .... except for the signing and comparator usage. 

Let me know if anyone objects, or thinks
we need more discussion ... otherwise I'll assume this is "ok"
with everyone. Hopefully it will be easier, since it allows more incremental
improvement, instead of one big weekly panic.

But, please do speak up if this plan
has unanticipated consequences I am not aware of.
