[platform-releng-dev] I20130828-1000 - BUILD FAILED - rebuild at 6 PM Ea

From what I can tell, this bug should be
fixed and in place by 6 PM, so I'll schedule an I-build for then (and,
cancel the typical nightly build). 

And "heads up" on unit tests
failures in Kepler maintenance build ... looks like some new systematic
ones. Not sure if tests were wrong for now fixed code ... or if some fix
was "bad" ... but, either way it will need some attention.

I have opened the following CBI bug
to cover this failure. My guess is it should just be a warning, and not
a failure, but it is in "jdt.core" if that team wants to look
deeper into it?
