[platform-releng-dev] Sign-offs for Luna (4.4) M1

Hard to believe we are here already ...
but, time to declare a milestone!

While the unit tests are still running,
I'm optimistic :) and have opened the "sign off" bug:

I know several component leads are out
on vacations, etc., ... so, please help me track down 
anyone who can approve the component
for this milestone ... or, come Friday, I'll assume the best.
