This I-build was a "mistake"
... I simply forgot to remove the "respin" from last week from
the crontab ... 
so we do not need to respin, or anything
... 
but, the way it failed is interesting
... out of heap memory! 

I've opened following bug to track:

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=413691

The urgency of fixing it will depend
on if we see again, or not, such as in tonight's N-build!?
