[platform-releng-dev] N20130704-2000 - No Tests Ran

I am hoping the problem with Unit Tests
not running on last night's N build has been fixed now, via Michael's continued
work on bug 412254. (Thanks Michael). 

I've scheduled another "N-build"
for 4 AM (Eastern) to help find out. Watch for N20130705-0400, ETA 7 AM
with some test platforms complete by around noon, if fixed. 

There was not much useful in the logs
(from a quick glance) so hope they will get running again without anyone
having to dig deep. (but missing ant class files sounds like a pretty likely
cause of the "quick exit from test framework").
