[platform-releng-dev] Comparator errors in our first M-build

Nothing "urgent" ... not a
reason to respin (IMHO, but glad to if someone wants it) ... but would
be good to fix by our next M build next Wednesday ... it'll provide a better
"target" for maintenance work. 

It involves 8 bundles, but 4 repos,
so I just opened one bug in 'releng' and hope teams don't mind working
from it.
