Correction ... according to file system,
I was changing it in the middle of a build ... so, lesson learned ... the
file is re-read during a build!

This build failed because it started right during

... 

Initially I had jdk1.7.0_25-latest instead of jdk1.7.0-latest. 

Guess I didn't get the correction in, in time ... I'll schedule a re-try
for 10 PM Eastern ... just to make sure there are no other issues with
this new version 
of Java.
