Thanks to Dani's prodding and Michael's
help I have put in the mechanics to produce "API Reports" ...
just in time for the final build :) 

The question before us now is are they
accurate and useful enough to include in the final build ... or, should
we comment out the links and start them up for maintenance and Luna and
improve them as we go through those cycles.

have a general opinion, or b) you see specific things that can be easily
fixed.

The "freeze report" is known
to be "no good", and I'm not positive what it will take to fix
that ... but, the others are presumably "mostly working".
