[platform-releng-dev] Logging fix for RC4
Platform UI is considering a fix for RC4
Bug 409746 - ISE in ContributedPartRenderer$2.setFocus

When this condition is hit, we are filling up the log with unwanted error messages until the next session start.  We plan to remove the logging code.   Since we already have recursive protection code in place, the risk of this change is minimal.
