Also, this fix for p2, going into our RC2, I think implies Tycho 0.18.0 won't be "final" until next week. Accordingly, I've moved our "adopt final Tycho version" to our RC3. (bug 407424). I would
recommend we do at least a few builds with the "final snapshot of 0.18" before Tycho team declares it "released", if they are willing. I'm currently assuming that'd be about next Tuesday or Wednesday.
