[platform-releng-dev] Sign-offs for RC1

Sign-offs for RC1 are due today, by "end of day"
(or, please indicate in the sign-off bug when you expect to be finished
with your testing/verification).

that we will have on Friday:

There are no scheduled builds for today (Thursday)
or tomorrow (Friday). If you require a rebuild for RC1, please post here
to platform-releng-dev with bug numbers, justifications, etc.

P.S. I will note here, if we do a re-spin, I would
like to include fix for 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=408189
It for a "license file fix" that we need
to include before release, but I don't think by itself justifies a re-spin.

But would be a safe change, with no side effects,
if we happen to be re-building for more urgent bugs.
