Don't work late for those "source
features" ... I've been told we may have been bitten by bug 407545
(again) ... so I'll be doing another aggregator run and report this evening,
and see if we got "old content" in that run.

our project files.

There is now bug 407389. Specifically comment 19 and 20.

We are now using a "fixed" version of Tycho tools that correctly
includes the license feature in source features, but I am assuming that
the 11 features (of ours) still showing up in 
http://build.eclipse.org/simrel/kepler/reporeports/reports/layoutCheck.txt
simply have not changed since we started using the fixed version, hence,
version/qualifiers all matched older ones, hence not updated in current
distributions. 
(I added build I20130514-2000 to the b3 aggregator as a "warm-up"
for our RC1 contribution, so that build is what current report is based
on). 

Functionally this is not required to have fixed by RC1 ... but, let's face
it ... it's embarrassing! 

So,  please do what you can to "touch" the feature project
(and,  I am assuming, the generated source feature always gets same
version/qualifier as its code feature?) 

And to give warning ... we all may have to do it again next week (more
fixes on the way) but I think it is worth trying to "keep up"
and not show up on that list about "missing required files".
