[platform-releng-dev] I-Build: I20130509-2000: Changed compiler versions

I just wanted to call everyone's attention
to bug 407707

I switched to the M7 version of JDT
compiler tonight, and that leads to several "comparator differences"
in .class files (which are not in delivered code, since qualifier didn't
change). 

I doubt there is anything "bad"
... probably the opposite, the compiler producing better byte codes for
some constructs .... but ... since occurred in nearly every component,
thought I'd open one bug, and I hope JDT Team can take a quick peek and
confirm "all is well" ... but ... anyone is welcome to, if you
like looking at byte codes :)
