[platform-releng-dev] Why no Windows tests for today's I-build?

I do know why. I did see them running at
one point, but now there's no sign they ever ran. So, my guess is that
Hudson was quietly restarted at some point today, and running jobs lost.
Just a guess. 

At any rate, I've started them "by
hand", just now, so while they won't be done/show up until Wednesday
morning (Eastern) ... they should be there eventually. 

Just wanted to everyone you know what
I knew.
