[platform-releng-dev] Coordinated changes needed on Monday, 2/25

Team, 

As discussed at the status meeting on
Wednesday, we need to make a coordinated change on Monday ... a change
that has to be made together, or will "break the build". 

You can start any time after the Sunday
night's build, say Midnight (Eastern) and I'd like to ask you have them
complete by 3 PM Monday (Eastern) so in theory I could find any that were
"missed" by doing a "local build" and send a friendly
nag note, with some chance of fixing it before 8 PM build. 

The first one below is the most important
as its known it simply won't build without the coordinated change. The
second one might build without it ... but, who wants to risk it? :) 
I've included two other "house
keeping" bugs that might be nice to fix while you are there working
on your project/repo data. Those are not really related to this POM effort
... just thought it would be a good time to call your attention to them
and if it were me, easier to make when doing other "house keeping"
tasks. 

For those of you who have "divided
responsibilities" within the same repo, you are free to divide up
the work as you see fit ... either pick one person to make all the changes,
or just be sure to coordinate with others that are normally responsible
for each subset of bundles. 

My "simplified instructions"
in the bugs are as wordy as ever ... but hopefully clear enough you can
accomplish these easily. If questions or complications, just ask, in the
bugs. (I'm sure Paul or Thanh will know the answer :)

Technically, only that first one _has_
to be well coordinated or we can't build. 
This second one probably would not cause
a build failure, if not done, but ... 
it needs to be done so just as well
do while making other changes to your pom files.
