I'm going to try a re-build, in just a
few minutes, because I've tried several things, and on my test machine,
and I (still) get no artifacts produced, so am mystified as to why we would
on the build machine, when there is a build failure. 

So, I am going to "manually"
clean the directories where we do the build, and if it turns out then nothing
is produced, then that means we have another problem -- getting clean builds
-- which should be tracked separately. But, if we still "get the artifacts",
then ... that means something else which I would not know what (something
specific to my test machine).

Our first "scheduled build"
... and see I need to fix the message so it does not mention "site
repository" since there it no output (from this build) being put there.

Also, I find it odd the build produced anything, since there were some
failures related to our "tools features" that I don't recall
seeing before. (And, in my local tests, does prevent anything from being
produced?)
