Still waiting to hear if SWT can be ready by those times,
but, my advice is if we can do it today, there should be time to "fit
it in" without delaying M5. 

If we had to wait till tomorrow, for example, then not
so sure (windows and mac unit tests tend to "queue up"), and
probably better to do for RC4. 

If anyone else has any opinions on it, please speak up,
for example, if you too need a rebuild but those times don't work for you,
or if you already know you will need an RC4, etc. 

If I don't hear any complaints, objections, or counter
proposals by 2 PM, I'll start the 3.8 build then, and the 4.2 build at
4 PM. 
(I would also proactively touch that examples.source feature,
since comparator "breaks" when swt updates their contribution
... no fault of theirs).
