The infamous "suffix creep" has
bitten us again. 

I've opened bug 396856
Bug 396856
- Equinox features don't match content in I20121218-0800 

I recommend we respin so our features versions/qualifier
correctly reflect that their contents have changed. 
Does not effect anyone just downloading a zipped up
distribution, but would effect updating from previous I-builds. 

Waiting to hear from equinox and/or p2 committers.
