[platform-releng-dev] API in 4.2.2 and version numbers

Hey-o Folks,

To aid mylyn and others with some performance issues we're adding API in 4.2.2.  That will bump our org.eclipse.ui.workbench and org.eclipse.ui plugins up to 1.104.0

In 4.3, what should we set them to?  Not the same.  4.3 currently contains more fixes than 4.2.2, so I could set them to 1.104.1 (or 100) but there will be new API in 4.3 over 4.2.2

For now I'm setting my plugins to 1.105.0 in 4.3 but I'm open to other suggestions.
