SWT has contributed to both 3.8.2 and 4.2.2, but the 4.2.2 build has been cancelled and the 3.8.2 message doesn't include the SWT changes (though the map file referenced on the M20121010-1000 download page contains the correct SWT version v3835).

I think the build considers new changes based on the repositories in the tagging/repositories.txt file, and the change report generation script also depends on that file.  SWT still manages their own tagging and so they don't appear in that file.
