[platform-releng-dev] Some disturbing I-build unit test results starting

Just in case project leads haven't noticed
their unit test results lately, I wanted to point out two large changes
that jump out at me. 

I20120911-1000 was the last build they
"worked" (as well as they have been) but seemed to have taken
a turn for the worse since then, starting with I20120916-2000 I build.


1. p2 has a (new) issue on one platform
only 

equinox.p2.tests    513 errors,
only on linux  

2. These swt tests do not seem to run
at all. Perhaps they are no longer being built? 

org.eclipse.swt.tests_win32.win32.x86_7.0.xml
org.eclipse.swt.tests_linux.gtk.x86_6.0.xml
org.eclipse.swt.tests_macosx.cocoa.x86_5.0.xml

Granted, these could be changes in infrastructure,
or the test framework/setup itself (I've made a couple of changes) or,
possibly, some of the "CBI" work that has been going on? 

This is not a "nag note" per
se but request for help. No matter what the cause, it will likely take
committers from these components to figure out what the problem is. 

It's important to get this straightened
out (or, at least well understood) before we declare Kepler M2. 

I've opened these bugs where discussion/documentation
can be recorded.
