I have scheduled these for rebuilds for
4 PM (3.8.1) and 6 PM (4.2.1). 

Thats gives us one hour to discuss decide
if we should comment out lines in repositories.txt file or simply build
with the changes made for maven/tycho builds. I'm fine either way, but
lean toward commenting out the lines so we don't end up with a lot of last-minute
version (qualifier) changes?

SWT is requesting a rebuild of 4.2.1/3.8.1
in order to address the two bugs below.  These were previously targeted
for 4.2.2 but are needed sooner.
