[platform-releng-dev] Sign-offs needed to Declare Juno SR1 RC1

The unit tests are still running, but the
candidate build for Juno SR1 RC1 is finished and available for testing
at 

http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/M20120815-1200/

and I created the "sign-off"
bugzilla at 

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=387320

Hopefully we can get sign-offs by Friday
noon, or before? Or, please ask for a respin if there is a blocking bug
or serious regression.
