I-builds are still ok. 

I can't imagine anything in "the builder" causing
this, and wonder if someone had something in "HEAD" that is not
yet "Integrated" for I-builds that is causing this? 

From reading the end of the log, it appears to be in Equinox
and likely associated with the "Starter kit launcher" (that is,
rt executable is not where its supposed to be). 

In theory of course, it could be something unrelated to
equinox that earlier in the build causes this "rt executable"
part to be wrong (or not fetched) ... but ... just guessing ... since I
think the "swt maps" were updated for final Milestone build ...
I can't help but wonder if something about the "core executables"
map was updated in "HEAD" but should not have been? (what ever
that is, for these map-only deliverables?)  Purely guessing. 

I'll try to look at this in more detail, but am hoping
before I spend too much effort on it, someone says "oh, yeah, I know
what happened ... "  :)
