[platform-releng-dev] Build Schedule for July

I've updated the google calendar for July
along the lines previously discussed on this list. 

4.3 Nightlies, 8 PM  Sunday, Monday,
Friday
4.3 I-build  8 AM Tuesday
3.8 M-build 10 AM Thursday
3.8 M-build 12 AM Thursday

with rebuilds (or, additional builds)
at any time upon request.

In the weeks ahead I plan to update
the actual "build schedule document" and move it to the wiki
(Bug 383997)
