[platform-releng-dev] Some quick "test builds" coming 6/25 and 6/26

I'm going to schedule some quick "test
builds" for tonight and tomorrow. These are mostly just to test that
the post-Juno builds have been set up correctly, that things are labeled
correctly, go into right directories, etc. 

In order to make them "quick"
I have disabled all the unit tests except for 5 or so suites. Again, the
idea is to make sure the new scripts/streams "work" to produce
output. Soon thereafter, we'll start to see if they produce the correct
output :)  

So, you may see messages about the following
builds.

4.3 I builds
4.3 N builds
4.2.1 M builds
3.8.1 M builds

I would treat these as "unofficial"
or even "experimental" for now. I would not recommend them for
dev. environments, or even dev. targets, but it would be helpful if some
committers and project leads could download and "sanity check"
that names were as expected, roughly right content, etc. Please comment
in bug 383049 [1] if you see anything way off. 

I'm sure we'll be discussing appropriate
schedules and procedures at Wednesday's status/planning/architecture meeting.
