Correct. I was just looking into that. Same for the 3.8 version.
The build failed because I had "archived" some previous releases (moving from "downloads" URL to "archives" URL), forgetting that the build depended on them being at a certain URL to conduct the "API Scan Analysis". I have opened bug 380033 [1] for the general issue, but will (likely) fix current problem(s) by simply changing to use "archive" URL location, and respin the builds, again. The code should be the same, this just effects the overall build and test process.
If anyone is anxious to "look at the deliverables", they are available on the build machine,
