I've scheduled the rebuilds for 3:30 and 5:30 for 4.2 and 3.8. (And effectively cancelled the scheduled 7 and 9 PM builds ... those will resume tomorrow).

And, I'll send note to cross-project to be sure everyone knows we'll be a bit late for RC1.

This is a serious regression, causing us to trash the environment when closing views or switching perspectives... 

There have also been updates in SWT so we need both streams spun...
