I did try to "promote" it at 10, ran in to some "permission" problems ... and need to run to an appt., so I'll look to promote this afternoon when I have time to figure out the permission issues.

I was using the build all morning without seeing any issues and also verified that our latest changes are included.

There is a 3.8 I build on the build machine that I think is worth looking at. (It comes up, has about the right number of features and bundles as the last 3.8 I build -- I am setting a pretty low bar after looking at 20 of them :)

I'm going to be looking at it more this evening, to see if anything looks "way off". 

But ... if, nothing is way off, I suggest we promote this to "downloads" as our first 3.8 I build on build.eclipse.org on Friday morning, then
from now on, we'll schedule them for Wednesday morning 8 AM. 

If you find anything way off (or, have an opinion about promoting it to downloads)

I will set a deadline of 10 AM Friday morning (to roughly accommodate many time zones) to promote it, unless I hear objections (or, if I myself, find something off). And, if it is way off, I will say our plan B is to just focus on fixing things and get ready for Wednesday's 8 AM scheduled build, and not worry about promoting one even later.

As mentioned before, we have scheduled 
4.2 I builds for 8 AM Tuesday, 
and that will remain, but 
3.8 I builds for 8 AM Wednesday 

(I'll get the actual calendar updated soon, I promise :)
