While this particular note is "sent manually" (a couple of hours after it normally would be),
this is what the "build started" messages will look like, and will soon be automatic for I-builds.
Bug 376988 tracks some of the "cleanup" of the reports still required (contains some "changed directories" and not just "changed projects" near the end).
But I think the report as-is will still be useful to committers to confirm if your expected changes from previous I-build are in current I-build. Let me know if anything looks "off".
