I didn't try to install it via installer
but simply put the plug-in into the 'dropins' folder and this worked fine
for 3.8 M6 and 4.2 M6. The plug-in still does the trick if you work against

been idle for > 1 week now.
 
Is anybody else still using releng.tools
to tag Mapfiles or fix Copyrights ?
Could anybody care taking this bug ?
